Cooking Directions: |

Put white and brown sugar, milk, and corn syrup in saucepan. Stir and melt over low heat, then turn up heat and boil.

Remove from stove and cool a bit.

Then add 2 tablespoons cream and the vanilla and beat.

Adds brazil nuts and ginger and beat again until it begins to hold its shape.
