Directly from Georgia, these Sumner Paper Shell Pecans are a much smaller and narrower pecan compared to the hard shelled Stuart. They are very sweet and in a thinner shell compared to the hard shell. This product is certified kosher. Health Tips 1. A research study conducted at Loma Linda University and published in the September 2001 issue of the Journal of Nutrition has confirmed what many pecan lovers have known all along.
