Hemp seeds are highly nutritious, and contain beneficial omega fatty acids, amino acids, and minerals. The seeds can be eaten raw, ground into a meal, made into "milk", prepared as tea, and used in baking. They also make excellent seeds for birds. These hemp seeds are unhulled, and still in the shell. *Per United States regulations, these hemp seeds have been heat sterilized* It's best to keep hemp seeds refrigerated in an air tight container.
