Drum roll please!!! Ok, so we were cooking up some nut butters over here in the nut shop and were making some progress, but things got a little messy, so we decided to instead search for a really great outside source for nut butters. We settled on a really great worker owned co-operative that makes wonderful nut butters and are proud to offer the following (so far):
Organic Peanut Butter (Crunchy, Unsalted)
Almond Butter (Roasted, Smooth)
Organic Almond Butter (Raw, Smooth)
Organic Cashew Butter (Roasted, Smooth)
Organic Peanut Butter (Smooth, Unsalted)

On Thanksgiving my Aunt Elsie was reminiscing about the olden days and how my Poppy Sol would roast chestnuts for the employees in the back of the nut shop. We haven’t had chestnuts in a while, but it’s never too late to bring back a tradition. And just in time for the holidays. Fresh chestnuts and dried chestnuts are now available! I am so excited!!!

Haha! We’ve just been featured on the cover of the UPS Compass Magazine Fall 2007 Print Edition. Check out our nuttiness! As a little boy I thought it was so cool to come to work with daddy and get to climb on what seemed to be mountains and mountains of peanuts. Maybe one of these days I’ll grow up, but not yet! Haha!

I just wanted to check our inventory of nuts. About 70,000 pounds of raw peanuts. Should be enough! Now we just need to roast roast away.
NUTS to CBS!
Monday, May 21st, 2007 in Features, Media
We’ve been getting an onslaught of orders for peanuts and various other nuts as the fans of the CBS show Jericho unite and fight to keep the show on the air.
In the final episode Jake Green (Skeet Ulrich) borrowed the historic phrase “NUTS” in response to a final offer of surrender from a hostile neighboring town. CBS decided to cancel the show, and fans are uprising to save Jericho by sending, you got it, NUTS to CBS executives.
We’ll keep you posted with any new developments.

They have the same color, shape, flavor and nutritional value of the original fruit, only crunchier of course.
Here’s our starting lineup:
Simply Strawberries
Simply Bananas
Simply Blueberries
Simply Cherries
Simply Cranberries
Simply Peaches
Simply Raspberries
Simply Blackberries
Simply Pineapple

We’ve just launched support for a new service from our friends at Google. Whether you use our normal checkout process or Google Checkout, we always ship quickly and guarantee 100% satisfaction.
If you want some bullet points, here’s the official sales pitch:
- With Google Checkout you can can quickly and easily buy from NutsOnline and many other stores across the web.
- If you’ve used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.
- If you’re using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information, once to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There’s no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usersnames and passwords each time you buy.
- When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorized purchases.
It’s not as flexible as our normal checkout process (you can’t pick your ship date and you can’t ship to multiple addresses at once) but it’s pretty fast and easy for what it does.
We’ve told you what it is, now it’s up to you to decide whether you want to use it…
Are you still reading this?? Go buy something already!

Happy New Year! Sorry for the gap between posts. We are finally able to breathe again here. Yes, things were NUTS during the holidays. My cousin David, Ben (our programmer), and I even had to pull an all-nighter packing up orders. We hope you and your families had a beautiful holiday and we wish you a happy and healthy New Year.
Now we can refocus our energies in providing you with even better quality and service.
So, here are 2 small changes that are indicative of our commitment to getting better at what we do and continual improvements on the horizon.
1. Look, feel, and functionality of the site - improved buttons

2. Better Quality - On the right is a large medjool date. On the left is a jumbo medjool date. Although the date on the right is of great quality, the larger and meatier date on the left is even better! Look for similar improvements throughout the year.
