Chow.com, cnet’s site for Food, Drink & Fun recently featured a delicious dessert recipe for Saffron Panna Cotta with Bitter Honey that uses our Turkish Dried Figs as a complement to the saffron & honey flavors.

New crop hard shell pecans are back in stock. They are running a bit small, but they are good!

In the November 2006 issue of Martha Stewart Living, the queen of holiday cooking highlighted NutsOnline as a source for dried pears and pepitas (pumpkin seeds) for several Thanksgiving Day recipes:

Corn Nuts are a huge seller for us. However, we get frequent requests related to this product. Customers are looking for a healthier alternative without partially hydrogenated oils and/or for a kosher variety.
